Da quando avevo 10 anni. Sono stata costretta a cucinare, perché mia madre si è ammalata.

Principalmente la pasta di casa.

Si.

Prepari ogni giorno la pasta di casa?

No, solo la domenica.

Cosa fate ad Abriola?

Infiliamo i peperoni e gli facciamo essiccare per poi macinarli così diventano polvere.

Per quanto tempo vengono essiccate i peperoni?

Per 2 – 3 mesi.

Cosa significa saporito per te?

Che è salato.

Utilizzi la farina comprata?

Un tempo qui ad Abriola c’era il mulino dove andavamo a comperare la farina. Ancora oggi prendo quella del mulino.

Cosa ti riesce meglio?

Gli strascinati.

Nel mio garage.
